Fibosa Global is an industrial group specializing in engineering for the food industry. It integrates machinery, industrial hygiene, and turnkey projects for the dairy, meat, and general food sectors. It offers complete, efficient, and tailored solutions for each production process.
Fibosa Global, a Benchmark in the Food Industry
For over four decades, Fibosa has focused its activity on the dairy industry. Throughout this time, sector demands have evolved significantly: greater automation, more rigorous hygiene standards, and increasingly integrated production processes. Our response has been to grow in the same direction, deepening our specialization and expanding our technical capacity to address larger-scale projects.
In the 90s, the meat industry was undergoing its own transformation. Process automation had become a priority. Slicing systems, sausage lines, and waste control for plants needed to compete in efficiency. It was in this context that Finova joined the group. Finova brought specific specialization in machinery and automation for the meat industry, naturally complementing what we were already doing in the dairy sector.
Later, as regulatory requirements for food safety evolved, we incorporated Inoxsis and Tecnalis. The former specializes in industrial hygiene and plant equipment under HACCP criteria. The latter focuses on larger-scale engineering projects: complete installations, modular plants, slaughterhouses, and cutting rooms.
Fibosa Global is now our industrial group, integrating our four brands: Fibosa, Finova, Inoxsis, and Tecnalis. We currently offer something unusual in the sector: the ability to cover the entire production cycle of a plant with a single technical point of contact.
Our Four Brands, Each in Its Specialty
Fibosa – Machinery for the Dairy Industry
For over 45 years, Fibosa has specialized in the design and supply of complete lines for milk processing, from raw material reception to the final packaged product.
We work with plants that produce fresh and soft cheese, pressed cheeses, and other varieties such as mozzarella, cottage, or cheddar. Each line is adapted to the real needs of the process. Our experience in the dairy sector allows us to fully integrate the production flow. We offer solutions that prioritize hygiene, efficiency, and the ability to scale as the business grows.
Finova – Automation for the Meat Industry
In the meat industry, productivity largely depends on precision and repeatability. That is why Finova focuses its work on process automation:
- high-precision slicing systems,
- lines for sausages and processed meat products,
- and solutions designed to reduce waste and maintain cost control shift by shift.
Finova’s goal is not simply to mechanize manual tasks. It is to ensure that each production cycle is as efficient as the last, with minimal error margins and traceability of the results.
Inoxsis – Industrial Hygiene and Food Safety
Food safety begins long before the product enters the production line. Inoxsis works on the part of the process that is often managed in a fragmented way:
- environmental hygiene,
- plant access control,
- and workspace equipment.
We design and supply personal hygiene equipment, changing room equipment, and technical stainless steel furniture for demanding production environments. All under HACCP criteria, which facilitates sanitary audits and reduces risk at critical control points. Because a hygienically well-designed plant not only complies with regulations: it produces better.
Tecnalis – Engineering and Turnkey Installations
The most versatile company in the group: bottling, refrigeration installations, slaughterhouses, cutting rooms, and modular container plants.
From a cutting room in Spain to a modular burrata plant in Latin America. The focus: engineering applied to real results. Tecnalis designs, integrates, and commissions complete industrial projects, with the capacity to adapt to different regulations and production realities depending on the market.
What Kind of Projects We Develop and How We Work
The projects we work on most often have in common that they do not allow for generic solutions:
- Complete dairy production lines,
- automation of slicing processes,
- implementation of industrial hygiene systems in existing plants,
- design of new food facilities,
- or modernization of slaughterhouses and cutting rooms.
In all cases, our process is the same. We start by understanding the client’s actual production process: their bottlenecks, efficiency goals, and regulatory obligations. From there, we design a customized solution, integrating the necessary machinery and systems. Finally, we support the installation until the plant starts up and operates as it should.
Why choose Fibosa Global?
In our sector, any production stoppage has an immediate cost. A failure in the hygiene chain can have serious consequences. Therefore, the value of working with a group like ours is concrete:
- a single partner responsible for the entire scope.
Centralizing engineering, machinery, hygiene, and automation with a single provider is not just a matter of organizational convenience. It means the line works, complies with regulations, and produces what it needs to produce. Without friction between suppliers, without diffuse responsibilities, without time lost in coordination.
We have been in this sector for over four decades because we understand our clients’ real processes before making our proposal. This means we do not present standard solutions, but rather design what each plant needs, with the capacity to scale with it when the time comes to grow.
Today, Fibosa Global has a presence in markets across Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. We have commercial representation in various countries. This allows us to support projects beyond our borders, adapting to the regulations and production realities of each market.
